Ready Logistics takes its qualified carrier application process seriously. Our Carrier Compliance team validates and monitors carriers’ insurance policies, safety ratings, performance history, licensing and authority, etc. Carriers are required to maintain at least $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance, as well as cargo insurance that is dependent on the carrying capacity of their trailers, with additional insurance requirements dependent on the size of the carrier’s fleet and the scope of their operations. Once a carrier is approved, our Carrier Relations and regional dispatch teams monitor carrier performance and compliance to ensure that our qualified carrier network continues to operate consistent with Ready’s performance requirements.

Larger vehicles take up much more space on a transport truck than traditional passenger vehicles. Because of their dimensions, these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles, thus resulting in the need for an incremental increase in the fee. Full-size Trucks, Vans & SUV’s along with various other vehicles fit into this category.
